We are able to process general orders withing two business days. However, large group orders like family reunion and custom design jobs can take up to five business days. If the order requires more attention than average, we will confirm the details before starting on any job.

We offer standard two to three day shipping on all orders. Please know that overnight shipping is available for a different rate.

To add a design follow these simple steps: Attach the file to an email message. Email us at icancreate@outlook.com. Our design team will review the design. If approved, we will start working on colors request for item. A final proof must be approved by the customer before finishing the order.
